Amir Ružnić

Amir Ružnić, born in Izola on 30 October 1972, is the founder of AR Sport Management, a football career management agency established in 2002.

With more than two decades of experience in professional football, he has built his career around a clear philosophy: every player requires an individual approach, a long-term vision and the right decisions at the right moment.

​

Throughout his career, Ružnić has represented and guided numerous Slovenian and international players, negotiating transfers and developing relationships with clubs across Italy, Germany, France, Belgium and other European markets.

Under his leadership, AR Sport Management has developed an extensive network of relationships with clubs, coaches, scouts and other football professionals across Europe. The agency's approach is built around personal representation, strategic career planning and long-term cooperation with its players.

From identifying young talent to managing important stages of established professional careers, Ružnić remains personally involved in the development and representation of the players he works with.

His experience in international negotiations, knowledge of the European football market and long-standing relationships within the game continue to shape the philosophy of AR Sport Management today.
